How do I book a repair?
Call (731) 326-1855, or book online any time. Pick a morning or afternoon window and you'll get a text confirming it.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We're closed weekends, but online booking is open around the clock.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We repair your appliance in your home.
Where do you work?
About 50 miles around Brownsville: Haywood, Madison, Crockett, Gibson, Chester counties, including Jackson. See every town.
Will I know when you're coming?
Yes. You get a text confirming your window and another when we're on the way.
Price & warranty
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the appliance, what failed and the part. We diagnose first and give you the price before any repair work begins, so there are no surprises. Call (731) 326-1855 if you want to talk it through before booking.
Is the repair under warranty?
All service work comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of service. It covers the repair, parts and labor.
Is my appliance worth fixing?
We'll give you a straight answer, including when a repair isn't worth the money.

Are you a factory-authorized service center?
No. Veteran Appliance Repair is an independent repair shop. We work for you, not the manufacturer.
Do you carry parts?
We carry common parts on the truck so more repairs are finished in one trip.
What should I have ready?
The brand and the model number. It's usually on a sticker inside the fridge door, on the dishwasher's door edge, behind the oven drawer or under the washer lid. A photo of the sticker is perfect.
