Do you work on premium and built-in appliances?
Yes — including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Monogram, JennAir, Dacor and Bosch built-in refrigerators, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and dishwashers.
Are you a factory-authorized service center?
No. Veteran Appliance Repair is an independent repair shop. That means no manufacturer dispatch delays — we work for you, and all service work comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of service.
What should I have ready when I book?
The brand and the model number. It's usually on a sticker inside the fridge door, on the dishwasher's door edge, behind the oven drawer or under the washer lid. A photo of the sticker is perfect.
